Article 2	Usage Rules

（三）	Login Restriction
The user understands and agrees that after activating this service，The same account can be used on a maximum of two devices at the same time. （四）	Account Retrieval

Chapter 3	Liability for breach of contract

Article 2	Handling of breach of contract

（一）	Take technical measures to delete, block, or disconnect relevant information；
（二）	Take measures including but not limited to suspending or terminating part or all of this service；
（三）	Deducting user rights during the time of breach of contract；
（四）	Take measures to restrict users from downloading and playing、Copying, storing, and other benefits；
（五）	IDEAFUSIONNo fees need to be refunded to the user, and any losses related to user rights shall be borne by the user themselves，CauseIDEAFUSIONLosses (including but not limited to attorney's fees)、Users should also be compensated for litigation costs and other related expenses。

Article 3	Compensation Liability
If the user's breach of contract or illegal behavior causesIDEAFUSIONLosses suffered by its affiliated companies, including its own direct economic losses、Loss of goodwill and compensation and settlement payments to external parties、Indirect economic losses such as lawyer fees and litigation costs，The defendant shall be liable for compensationIDEAFUSIONAll losses incurred by the user and its affiliated companies, as well as any third-party damages caused by the user's breach of contract，Users should independently assume responsibility。

Article 4	Copyright Related
Before obtaining authorization from the corresponding supplier, you cannot use images or file resources for any other purpose。Suppliers And Users、IDEAFUSIONThe uploaded resources belong to the intellectual property of the uploader themselves, and other third parties、Platform users are not allowed to use it without authorization. If you need to use it, please contact the corresponding property owner of the resource to obtain authorization；

Chapter 4	Changes, Suspension, and Termination of Services
Article 1	This agreement shall terminate naturally in the following circumstances：
（一）	The authorization letter signed between the supplier and the platform has expired, and both parties have not completed it after the expiration date1Complete the signing of a new authorization letter within months；
（二）	Both parties sign a new agreement to replace this agreement；

Article 2	Unless otherwise agreed in this agreement, if either party terminates this agreement in advance during the validity period of this agreement, it shall do so in advance 15Tian shall notify the other party in writing, and with the other party's consent, both parties shall sign a written supplementary agreement to terminate this agreement；

Article 3	If the user engages in any behavior that seriously affects the reputation of Xizhao Technology (including but not limited to seriously damaging the user's interests)、Major issues with after-sales service, inability to provide promised services to users, etc），Xizhao Technology has the right to terminate the service at any time by written notice；

Article 4	The written notice mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall specify the reasons for early termination of the service, starting from the date of delivery of the written notice，Service Terminated Immediately；

Article 5	The early termination of the service shall not affect the rights and obligations of both parties that have arisen under this agreement prior to the termination date of the service agreement。

Article 6	Users agree that due to the particularity of Internet services，IDEAFUSIONHas the right to modify based on legitimate reasons、Change, interrupt or terminate some or all services，Or change or delete、Transfer user storage and publish onIDEAFUSIONThe content of the platform, collectively referred to as“Change Behavior”。IDEAFUSIONWe reserve the right to take the aforementioned changes without notifying the user, and the user agrees，The services provided in accordance with any provisions of these Terms of Service may be changed without prior notice、Interrupt or terminate. Chapter 6	Notice

Chapter 7	Use and Jurisdiction of Law
Article 1	The conclusion, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China。

Article 2	If there is any dispute between the parties regarding the content or execution of this agreement, both parties shall try their best to resolve it through friendly consultation；When negotiation fails, either party may submit a request toIDEAFUSIONLitigation filed by the people's court with jurisdiction over the location of the platform's affiliated company。

Article 3	Shenzhen Xizhao Network Technology Co., Ltd.'s failure to exercise or enforce any rights or provisions of this service agreement does not constitute a waiver of the aforementioned rights or provisions。

Article 4	If any provision of this Agreement is completely or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding。

Article 5	Within the scope permitted by laws and regulations，IDEAFUSIONThe platform has the right to interpret this agreement。

Chapter 8	Privacy and Data Deletion
Article 1	Data Deletion Request
Users may send an email to raritag01@gmail.com with the subject line “Request for Deletion of Personal Data.” We will process your request within 5 business days of receiving the email.

Article 2	Revoking App Authorization
Users can manually remove this app’s access permissions by navigating to the “Apps and Websites” section in their Instagram settings.
