In this model home, the designer uses dark tones as the background color of the space. The ample daylight openings neutralize the inevitable dimness of the dark hues, thereby forming a neutral and tranquil atmosphere.

In the eyes of urban dwellers, poetry and distant horizons need not be thousands of miles away; home can equally embrace all these artistic moments of life. Thus, in the design, the bond between art and life becomes an eternal inspiration.

The bottom of the metal display cabinet is transformed into a floating desk, light yet sturdy overall. A piano is embedded at the corner area, utilizing the fragmented space to fill it with art.

A fireplace is embedded into the feature wall, adding a few fairytale touches to the busy life. The armchair is tilted towards the coffee table, and this seemingly random layout echoes the fireplace nearby—an armchair, a fireplace, blending simple happiness with the spirit of sophisticated home aesthetics.

Scientific Layout

Enabling Seamless Area Interaction

Next to the living room is the kitchen-dining area. The kitchen features a semi-open design, with perpendicular black-framed glass sliding doors that are both aesthetically pleasing and practical, easily switching between open and closed states.

Between independence and openness, the designer also considered how to make contemporary life more convenient. The two doors lead respectively to the adjacent dining room and living room. When only one door is open, cooking fumes are minimized while a smooth flow of movement is maintained.

Comprehensive and Vivid Luxury Experience

Unlike the classic suite layout of typical model bedrooms, the master bedroom adopts a living area plus wine lounge format. With the premise of free movement for the occupant, functions are integrated in all four directions.

A low bar counter serves as a partition, balancing spatial transparency with layering. The amber transparent cabinet emits a warm, soft yellow glow, much like the ambiguous, flowing liquid in a glass under light. A few simple volumes stacked vertically create this romantically meaningful space.

The bay window opposite the bar counter represents a different kind of hedonistic experience. When the sun is at its peak, sitting on the floor here truly honors the leisurely elegance. Opposite the bed, a long desk is built against the wall; its length allows for diverse functionality, effortlessly accommodating both a dressing table and a temporary workspace.

The delicacy of life comes from experience, and experience should be all-encompassing. In the limited space, the designer has placed a perfectly proportioned dressing room—neither fully open nor closed, it exudes a charming, bourgeois appeal from its corner.
