Attention
Care & Precautions
Floor:
1. For daily cleaning and maintenance, use a neutral detergent. Do not use acidic or alkaline cleaners such as toilet bowl cleaner or stone mildew removers. Do not use ordinary floor wax.
2. Place at least two barrier mats at the entrance – an aluminium alloy mat outside and a dust-absorbing carpet inside. On rainy or snowy days, add a water-absorbing protective mat.
3. When dusting and cleaning, use a dry dust mop or vacuum cleaner. Avoid wetting the floor; never wash the floor with water.
4. If liquids such as coffee, tea, or fruit juice are spilled, clean them up promptly. When stains cannot be removed with a neutral detergent, they can be eliminated by grinding, followed by a crystallization treatment.
5. Do not drag items across the floor. When transporting heavy or bulky goods, place a protective layer on the stone surface to prevent scratches.
6. Artificial stone floors should be treated with crystallization regularly. In high-traffic areas such as lobby entrances and hallways, perform the treatment 1‑2 times per quarter; in ordinary areas, 1‑2 times per year.
Wall & Column:
1. Wipe with a dry cotton cloth; use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust from the surface when necessary.
2. Keep the wall surface clean and avoid contact with sharp objects or corrosive liquids.
3. If dry-cladding stone panels become loose, or if the metal fittings show rust, become loose, or fall off, they should be repaired or replaced promptly.
Countertop:
1. Avoid contact with sharp objects or corrosive liquids.
2. Avoid prolonged direct contact between the surface and hot objects.
3. If staining substances (paint, coffee, tea, fruit juice, etc.) spill onto the surface, wipe them away immediately.
4. After use, wipe off any visible water from the countertop to maintain a clean and dry surface.
