1. Recess Preparation for the Fireplace: Prepare the recess and power supply in advance. After installation, the fireplace must meet moisture-proof and anti-reflective requirements to ensure normal operation. Note that the fireplace recess should be an independent space and must not be connected to the wall cavity above or the ceiling void. This prevents downward airflow within the recess when the HVAC or fresh air system is running, which could disturb the flame effect.
2. This product does not require additional access panels or air intake/ventilation grilles.
3. Continuous airflow can interfere with the flame pattern. Avoid placing the fireplace near windows, doors, or other openings that may create drafts. Air conditioning vents, fresh air system outlets, and similar airflow sources must not be directed at the fireplace.
4. A glass panel can be installed on the front of the fireplace. The glass height is 150 mm. Glass support brackets, fixing screws, and the glass panel are included in the fireplace accessories. Mounting holes for the glass brackets are pre-drilled on the front panel before shipment, so no additional on-site construction or preparation for the glass installation is required.
5. For partition installations, it is recommended to fit an additional rear glass panel.
6. For operation, only use purified or filtered water as fuel. Do not use tap water.
7. The fireplace comes with a 220V, 10A standard three-prong plug and a 1.5-meter power cord. The power cord exit is located at the bottom right side of the fireplace (when facing the unit). During on-site preparation, ensure the power socket is positioned within reach of the cord length to avoid additional construction modifications.
