1. Fireplace recess preparation: Pre-construct the installation recess and power supply. After installation, the recess must meet moisture-proof and reflection requirements to ensure proper operation. The recess must be an isolated space—do not connect it to the wall cavity or ceiling void. This prevents downward airflow from air conditioning or HVAC systems, which can distort the flame effect.
2. No additional access panels, air intakes, or ventilation openings are required.
3. Continuous airflow can disrupt the flame pattern. Avoid placing the fireplace near windows, doors, or any air outlets such as AC vents or fresh air system diffusers that may blow directly onto the unit.
4. The fireplace comes with a front glass panel (height: 150mm). Glass brackets, fixing screws, and the glass itself are included. Bracket mounting holes are pre-drilled on the front panel—no extra on-site preparation for the glass is needed.
5. For see-through installations, an additional rear glass panel is recommended.
6. Use only purified or filtered water. Do not use tap water.
7. The unit is equipped with a 220V, 10A standard three-prong plug and a 1.5m power cord. The cord exit is located at the bottom right side (when facing the fireplace). Check the planned socket position in advance and ensure it is within reach of the power cord to avoid additional on-site modifications. Note: This product is supplied with a 220V plug; please verify compatibility with your local voltage and have a qualified electrician arrange any necessary adapter or conversion.
