1. Daily Cleaning and Maintenance
Cleaning Method
Highly washable; can be cleaned daily with a damp cloth or standard cleaning agents. Avoid scrubbing with hard objects or using strong chemical solvents to prevent damage to the coating.
Damage Repair
Minor scratches can be sanded lightly with fine sandpaper and wiped clean. For severe damage, reapply the coating. Ensure the coating is completely dry before performing any repair.
2. Substrate Preparation Before Application
Wall Requirements
The substrate must be clean, dry, free from oil, grease, and loose particles. The putty layer must be free of cracks or blistering. Cement walls require putty leveling.
3. Application Condition Control
Environmental Requirements
Temperature: 5°C–35°C. Avoid low temperatures that slow film formation or high temperatures that cause water loss and cracking.
Humidity: ≤85%. In high humidity, extend drying time (if humidity exceeds 80%, ventilate until ≤80%).
4. Application in Special Environments
1) Low/High Temperature Precautions
Low Temperature (>5°C): Dry-to-touch time 4–6 hours, curing requires 7–10 days.
High Temperature (<30°C): Surface dry time reduced to 1–2 hours, but be aware of water loss risk.
2) Handling High Humidity
When humidity <80%, drying time extends to 4–6 hours, curing requires 7–10 days.
